Flaxseeds are flower seeds, they contain 30-40% oil which remains inside the seed to be warmed again and again. When heated, flaxseed pillows retain half their heat after an hour. Under covers the pillow will still be warm hours later. The weight of flaxseed is gentle and comforting.

- store in cold dry place / in fridge to keep flaxseed pillow stay fresh & longer
- store in ziplock case to avoid absorbing odors

- Replace the flaxseed pillow every 1-2 years, depending on use, as the seeds may lose their effectiveness over time.
