Apply the decal over this area.
Apply gentle pressure to the decal with a soft cloth, removing any excessive liquid

Apply Decal Softener on the top of decal, leave it for a few second
Very Gently Press the decal with cotton bud / cloth until it conforms to the shape of the model kit
you may have to repeat this process few times for deep recess and complex shape
Be very Gentle please, Decal might break during this process
