[Description]
The latest standard aero-device, side spoiler, was born from the joint development with "Kawasaki Racing Team", the absolute champion who won the FIM Superbike World Championship (SBK) for 5 consecutive years, supported by Puig.
This product not only improves the aerodynamic characteristics but also makes the style of the vehicle more aggressive.
Based on the data from the race, test runs on the street and circuit, and CFD analysis are repeated to verify the optimum position, shape, and settings for the production vehicle.
The effect of the spoiler starts from 80km/h, and at 200km/h, it generates 2kg/f of downforce.(Figures may vary depending on the vehicle)
The effective acquisition of downforce contributes to the improvement of various motor performance such as high-speed straight-line stability, grip under braking, and anti-wheelie performance.
The bolt-on design for exclusive use on each vehicle, which does not require any modification to the vehicle body for installation, provides both a smart fit and a custom image.
