DSF2010PRO is suitable for capacity testing, charging characteristic testing, capacity grading matching, and balance maintenance of Ni-MH, Ni-Cd, Li-ion and lead acid batteries. Accurately detect the actual performance status of the battery and provide detailed test data. DSF2010 isolation detection technology can determine the location of the defective battery without dismantling the battery pack. The device can perform balanced charge and discharge maintenance on the battery pack to restore the battery pack to a normal balance state. The device has a built-in intelligent battery temperature control system that monitors the battery temperature and controls charging to ensure the safety of the test.
A single PC can simultaneously manage multiple devices of various models of DK series devices, which can be connected via a switch to form a multi-channel testing system to complete the testing and maintenance of the entire battery pack at once.
The equipment is widely used in the testing, maintenance and rebuilding of hybrid vehicle batteries and electric vehicle batteries. Particularly suitable for testing, maintaining and rebuilding Ni-MH batteries in hybrid vehicles such as Honda, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Ford, etc.
