All tubes new, military equipment and have "OTK" mark.
(OTK = Otdyel Tekhnicheskovo Kontrolya, A department of the Soviet Technical Control Division, so they are stamps of the Quality Control controller. There is always a number with the OTK, and that is controller's ID/department number. If an item bears the stamps, it has met minimum quality standards.) "OTK" has been variously described as a "state technical bureau" mark or "military controlled"
