Japan Nidec DC 12-24V Brushless Motor Driver Board
Japan's nidec micro brushless driver board 24H brushless servo motor driver supports the production of 100-line encoders with pwm speed regulation/forward and reverse/emergency stop functions.
There are three styles: A/B/C.
1. Style A does not have a speed measuring optical couple and is "suitable for driving micro brushless motors".
2. Model B with speed measurement optical couple "supports 100-line dual-channel encoder, suitable for making high-precision encoder brushless motors" Each driver board is delivered with 1 plug wire.
3.Type C half-board design, without speed measuring optical couple.
The experiment is connected to a NIDEC 24H brushless motor. The voltage test is 9V~12V~24V. It can run at 9V~12V~24V.
When the 9V power supply is supplied, the no-load current is 70mA and the speed is about 2246 rpm.
When the 12V power supply is supplied, the no-load current is 80mA and the speed is about 3020 rpm.
When the 24V power supply is supplied, the no-load current is 110mA and the speed is about 6100 rpm.
Simple test and operation method of the motor: connect the red wire to the positive pole, the black wire to the negative pole, the yellow start wire to the 1k resistor to the positive pole of the power supply, if it is lower than 12V, do not connect the resistor, and then connect the green PWM wire to the negative pole to run at high speed. The green line inputs a 20KHZ pulse width signal to adjust the speed. The blue wire is connected to the negative pole to switch between forward and reverse rotation. Note that it is best to switch between forward and reverse rotation after shutdown to prevent instantaneous surges. The encoder power supply voltage is 5V. If you do not need the encoder function, you can leave it alone. Please pay attention to the wiring.
Note: It is strictly forbidden to mistake the positive and negative of the brushless driver board.
