Inspired by our love for our country, Indonesia, we dedicate
our creative space to establish the AKATARA brand,
which means a glowing light in Sanskrit. Our scents are
nature-inspired from the landscapes and surroundings of
Indonesia. Thus, they are soft, calming and perfect for any
kind of day.
Each of our artisanal candle is locally handcrafted in Jakarta.
We use conventional methods and carefully hand-poured
each one, making sure that they are at the top of our craftsmanship
before they are delivered to your doorstep. We use
the finest quality ingredients: 100 % natural soy wax, pure
cotton wicks, natural essential oils, and fine fragrance oils.
We hope you enjoy our bundles of light as much as we do!
