Using traditional techniques that date back to Roman times, the mineral rich water is pan evaporated, then drawn by hand, resulting in large, pure white, pyramidal flakes perfect for seasoning or finishing.
Maldon Sea Salt is a completely natural product without any artificial additives, retaining valuable sea water trace-elements such as magnesium and calcium.
