- Day 1 - Classroom + Pool Session
- Day 2 - Classroom + Pool Session
- Day 3 - Depth Session
- Day 4 - Depth Session + Theory Exam

2 Theory Sessions / Classroom:
- Introduction to Freediving
- Basic Physiology
- Freedive Breathing Cycle
- Safety in Freediving
- Freediving Equipment
- Equalisation
- Freedive Technique

2 Pool Sessions:
- Static Apnea (STA) / Breathing & Breath-hold Exercise
- Fins Orientation
- Dynamic Apnea (DYN) / Horizontal Movement Underwater - Finning Technique, Water Entry & Exit, Body Position & Turning Technique
- STA & DYN Buddy System and Rescue

2 Depth Sessions:
- Practice Equalisation, Body Position, Duckdive (Vertical Water Entry), Buoyancy, Water Pressure / Depth Adaptation
- Free Immersion (FIM) / Vertical Underwater Movement with Rope Pulling
- Constant Weight (CWT) / Vertical Underwater Movement with Finning Technique (Bifins)
- FIM & CWT Buddy System and Rescue
