Setelah menjadi biji kopi diproses roasting dengan suhu rendah sehingga menghasilkan produk akhir kopi yang lebih light atau medium, dengan kandungan kafein lebih rendah, tanpa kandungan alkohol. Robusta Wine Coffee memiliki rasa kuat, dominan asam, sedikit rasa manis dan pahit dengan aroma khas yang sulit dilupakan.

The coffee beans also been through different roasted process using lower temperature, this result in more light or medium final coffee with lesser caffeine and have no alcohol content.
