Return and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

• We only accept SIZE exchanges for activewear. Cardigan, T-shirt, and Caps are non-refundable.
• Goods to be exchanged has to be sent back to us within 3 days after the order was delivered.
• If the size that you request is sold out or unavailable, we will offer the same product in different color. If alternative color/size is also unavailable, we will issue a store credit refund.
• Products have to be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tag still attached.
• Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges.
• Better Tomorrow may refuse/decline exchange requests if the product has signs of wear or has a defect.

RETURN POLICY

• For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns UNLESS the product has manufacturing faults. We always make sure to check everything before sending you the products. However, if by chance the product that we sent you was not in a perfect condition, we will accept returns under the same condition as the exchange policy above.
• Any merchandise marked “SALE” cannot be returned.
• Sun cream, tanning cream or chlorine can damage and discolour activewear. This is not a manufacturing defect. Please follow care instructions to keep your clothing in the best condition.
