SENSOR BENANG COROLAB TYPE B

BMS has developed a sensor for the detection of polypropylene contamination in yarns. Combined with the existing foreign fiber detection sensor, the BMS add-ons to Schlafhorst OE spinning machines now offer a total solution to eliminate contamination in OE yarn. The new Polypropylene detector is added to the Corolab detector in such a way that the yarn barely touches the PP sensing head. The sensing head detects colored,white and colorless Polypropylene contamination in the yarn. Corolab can be equipped with ABS for the detection of colored contaminations and with PP detection. Alternatively, Corolab can be equipped with PP detection as the only sensor to fight contamination. For many types of fabric, especially dyed fabric this could be the ideal clearer configuration.
