Why is it different from other cold products? How does it work?
- Unlike medicines that helps relieve bothersome cold symptoms. Vicks First Defence nasal spray acts at the back of the nose directly where the cold virus takes hold and starts to develop. It traps, inactivates and helps your body naturally remove the cold virus, before it develops into a full blown cold.
HOW & WHEN TO USE IT?
- Apply 2-3 sprays per nostril immediately within the first 24-36 hours after feeling the 1st signs of a cold such as a tickle at the back of your throat, or sneezing.
- Incline the nozzle outwards in the direction of your ear and avoid inhaling deeply.
- Use up to 4 times per day until symptoms subside.
- You can even start using it when feeling at risk of catching a cold: use for up to 4 days only unless symptoms emerge and then continue use until symptoms subside.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
- You may experience temporary increased nasal discharge or discomfort during product use which are normal signs that product is working. Temporary headache, discomfort in the eye, ear and neck may occur in some occasions.
