DIRECTIONS FOR TOPICAL USE (In adults and children over 2 years):
- Remove cap, twist the bottom to release the ointment.
Relief from nasal congestion and cough:
- Apply on the chest, neck and back. Leave clothes loose for vapours to be inhaled easily.
Relief from minor aches and pains:
- Rub on the affected parts. Clean the applicator top with a tissue after each use and place the cap on.
STEAMING APPLICATION METHOD:
- Twist the bottom to fill 2 teaspoonfuls of ointment and add into a bowl partially filled with steaming water (NOT BOILING).
- Gently inhale the vapours with a towel over your head and bowl.
- Closely supervise children to avoid scalding.
- Discard bowl contents after use.
- May be repeated up to four times a day.
CAUTION:
- Do not take by mouth or place in nostrils
- Use only as directed
- If symptoms persist, consult a physician
- Avoid contact with eyes
- Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice
- Discontinue use if irritation develops
- Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin
- Do not bandage tightly or use with heating pads
- Keep out of sight and reach of children
- If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area
