Vicks VapoRub Lavender helps relieve 4 Cough & Cold symptoms for a restful sleep
1. Cough
2. Nasal congestion for up to 8 hours

4. Muscular aches and pains due to colds

Vicks VapoRub works in two ways:
- By Inhalation: Medicinal vapours help relieve nasal congestion and cough
- By Stimulation: Rub in directly on the skin, warming away muscular aches and pains

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For nasal congestion and coughs:
- Rub-on: Adults and children 2 years and above: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck and back
- Steam Inhalation: Adults and children 12 years and above: Partly fill a bowl with 500mL of hot (not boiling) water and add 10mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl for 10-15 minutes. May be repeated up to four times a day.
For muscular aches and pains:
- Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.
