Our Organic Soya Beans are grown on rich volcanic soil by a collective of small farmers in the valley between Mount Merapi and Mount Merbabu in Central Java, Indonesia. The farmers use fresh mountain spring water and certified organic methods to cultivate these wholesome premium soya beans.
Cooking Instructions: Rinse beans under cold water. Soak in plenty of fresh water in the fridge overnight or at least 2 hours. Drain, rinse, and place in a saucepan with 1 liter of water per 100g beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat then simmer for 2 hours until tender, skimming off foam as it forms.
