Tamiya Cross Spear 01 18103 VZ Chassis Original Brand new in the box The Cross Spear 01 was designed by Takayuki Yamazaki, who also penned the DCR models among other Mini 4WD designs. Its body features eye-catching truss sections extending from front to rear, plus a canopy molded in tinted plastic. The VZ chassis is a compact base for the model, and comes in gray plastic with white A parts, accented by green spiral spoke wheels with small diameter, low-profile super hard tires. VZ Chassis The VZ chassis is a compact and lightweight design that features reinforced designs for bumper, rear stay base and more ensuring that it has the durability and flexibility to withstand racing accidents. It is also a rather adaptable unit that lets its owner make numerous updates to the setup. Low friction 620 plastic bearings are molded in POM and maximize drive efficiency, while the chassis and A parts are molded in ABS. This chassis features a gear ratio of 3.5:1.
