●Chip overview:
■PL3368C is a primary-side control constant current/constant voltage regulator for flyback switching power supply. It highly integrates power switches and achieves precise current and voltage regulation while simplifying traditional constant current/constant voltage designs such as chargers/adapters by removing optocouplers and secondary control circuits.
■The application of the composite mode of PL3368C enables the chip to achieve low static power consumption, low audio noise, and high efficiency. When fully loaded, the chip works in PFM mode. As the load decreases, the chip will gradually enter green mode to improve the efficiency of the entire system.
■PL3368C also has a variety of protection functions: cycle-by-cycle peak current detection, VDD under-voltage/over-voltage protection, output over-voltage protection, output short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection, etc.
