Most of the Keyboards use the 6.25u Spacebar, of course, there's also keyboards use or support 7u Spacebars.
It depends on the Center Length of the Spacebar

If the center length is around 100mm, it is 6.25U
.
If the center length exceeds 110mm, please select 7U.
