About the Mandela Variety:
Mandela variety is natural cross breed between Caturra and Caturra. After the first breed, best offspring was selected, then crossed with Hybrida de Timor in order to provide some resistance to rust.
Last, it was crossed again with Ethiopian landrace varietals,such as Sudan Rume, Daleco, and Villa Sarchi.
This is how we produce the steep coffee:
We use nitrogen flushing technology in the production process. To give you the best coffee-tasting experience at home. Additionally, we use this technology to improve the quality and consistency of our roasted coffee beans.
Brewing Direction
Pour : Place the coffee bag into a cup and gradually pour 180 ml hot water (95 C) over the bag
Steep : Submerge the bag and agitate for 15 seconds. Let it steep for 4 minutes or until desired strength is reached
Enjoy : Remove the coffee bag and enjoy!
