The 3-ply construction consisitng of a core of aluminium that is sandwiched between 2 layers of 18/0 and 18/8 stainless steel cleverly combining the cooking benefits of both materials. The aluminium stretches from base to rim, meaning heat spreads evenly and gently throughout the entire pan. Great for healthy, low-fat cooking using minimal oil. Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction. Non-stick cooking surface ensures flawless release and convenient clean-up. Stubborn food residue and stains on the interior can be removed by boiling water inside the pan.
