Ismaya Pizza Kit: Truffle Mushroom

Housemade milk burger buns with 120gr black angus beef patties and cheddar cheese, perfectly paired with hand-cut truffle fries and truffle aioli Serves : 2 To re-heat: Step 1: Place fries on baking tray lined with aluminium foil and bake at 200C Step 2: Meanwhile, heat oil on a frying pan. Place the burger patties and sprinkle the Ismaya seasoning blend to taste. Step 3: Cook the patties for 2 minutes on each side until charred. Place two slices of cheese on each patty and cover the pan to let the cheese melt. Step 4: Slice the buns in half and toast on hot pan with oil, cut side down. Step 5: To assemble, spread mustard and ketchup on the bottom bun, place the patty and cheese, sprinkle with pickles and top with mayo. Step 6: Remove fries from the oven and serve with truffle aioli alongside the burgers.
