Pro Grade Kettlebells are designed to suit specifications for International Kettlebell Competitions.
Kettlebell Features:
Larger mass in the ball - gives better ballistic abilities and more natural movement and rotation throughout exercises.
Same sizes - regardless of the weight and makes it easier to maintain the same techniques as you move up in weight.
Slimmer handle - compared to usual kettlebells thus preventing lateral slipping and minimising fatigue during high reps sets.
It has a larger mass, slimmer handle and come in same sizes but differ in weights from 6kg to 32kg.
