Acid Dairy Cleaner – Low Foaming Ultra-Acid is a lo-foam liquid acid detergent for milk-stone control and removal. Designed for use in all water conditions, especially dam, bore and channel waters. Helps prevent organic and colloidal separation in poor water quality areas. Strongest acid dairy detergent in Australia FEATURES amp; BENEFITS Removes milk-stone, mineral and water scale residues Ideal for automated C.I.P. cleaning systems Avoids organic separation with hard or dirty water Low foaming – can be used with all air injectors Maximum cleaning power at low concentrations Cost effective at recommended dose rates DIRECTIONS Pre-Rinse system thoroughly with clear water at 40 to 45°C. Do not recirculate. Drain until clear. Wash Cycle: Use Ultra-Acid in hot water (85°C). At 15 millilitres / 10 litres. Use a minimum of 7.5 litres per set of cups. If circulating do not allow wash solution to drop below 60°C Final Rinse: Rinse plant with hot water (85°C). Use a minimum of 7.5 litres per set of cups
