Dipropylene Gly LO+ is a 99.5% pure Dipropylene Glycol that is colorless, water soluble, hygroscopic, and nearly odorless. This grade of dipropylene glycol was developed to meet the needs of manufacturers who require consistently high quality for both fragrance and personal care products. Primarily used as a solvent for fragrances in cosmetics, particularly when diluting powder and paste ingredients. It is suitable for use in the dilution of raw materials. However, it is not recommended for finished products such as candles and diffusers. Uses : - Perfumes and colognes - Skin care – creams, lotions, sun-care products - Deodorants/antiperspirants – roll-on, stick deodorants - Hair care – shampoos, conditioners, styling, coloring products - Shaving products – creams, foams, gels, after-shave lotions - Bath and shower products WARNING: DPG is not a food grade product, and should not be used in food, beverage, flavoring applications which will be ingested in any capacity.
