A gritty return from one of Indonesia’s most important (don’t argue with me cus I’ll lose…) psych/rock/metal acts, nine years after their seminal debut LP Crimson Eyes (2015). In Maladies, Sigmun seems to experiment more with thick, scathing riffs while keeping their signature celestial progression intact. A truly majestic work from the now-duo that opens a whole new chapter in their career.
