HOW TO WEAR

Attach the easy grab front closure to your desired tightness.
Tighten the arm strap to a comfortable level to prevent under arm chaffing and mitigate brace movement.
Attach the X-Strap to provide additional compression and support to targeted shoulder area.
Line up the center seam of the X-Strap with the seam that runs down the shoulder of the main brace. Once done, pull each X-Strap to your desired level of tightness.
