Gear selection
When DIP switch 1 is turned OFF, VO output is 0-5V. When DIP switch 1 is turned ON, VO output is 0-10V. When DIP switches 1 and 2 are both turned OFF, VO output is 0-5V. Output 4-20mA. The other terminal of the current output and voltage output is GND, which is the same negative polarity as the power supply.
Zero adjustment
1: Voltage Adjustment Firstly, make the system in no-load condition and adjust the zero voltage adjustment potentiometer (Vzero) to adjust the zero point. Use a multimeter to measure the output VO voltage so that the indication is as close as possible to the zero point indication.
2: current adjustment First, the system is in no-load state, adjust the current zero point potentiometer (Izero), measure the
output current IO with the multimeter current block, try to make it close to 4mA.
Gain adjustment
1: voltage fullness adjustment will load the system with a certain weight value (recommended range: 80% ~ 100% FS), calculate the output voltage value according to the proportional relationship between the loaded weight and the maximum weight value, monitor output with a digital multimeter, rotating voltage full Potentiometer (Vspan) adjusts full output.
2: Current fullness adjustment Load the system with a certain weight value (recommended range: 80%~100%FS), calculate the output current value according to the proportional relationship between the loaded weight and the maximum weight value, monitor the output with a digital multimeter, and rotate the current full The Ispan adjusts the full-scale output as close as possible to 20mA.
Retest
Leave the system in no-load condition and measure zero output; load a certain weight value and measure whether the output voltage meets the expected amplification. If not, please adjust again.
