Description : Allyl heptanoate is employed to evoke the aroma of pineapple, peach, apricot, apple blossom, peach blossom, wisteria in perfume compositions. It is also a help to give fruity aspects in tobacco compositions. It also adds a sweet juicy note to citrus compositions.
ALEEYASHIMANFF EXPERT HAS A SAY : The general idea of Allyl Heptanoate is to deploy at Top-to-middle note giving a fruity aspect, normally used in low amounts. According to Prof Arctander, besides fruity fragrance types it is also “used in floral fragrance compositions: Apple blossom, Peach blossom, Magnolia, Sweet Pea, etc.". This material gives a sour fruit impression and can be useful in tropical fruit complexes.
