This listing is for 1 pack (300 gr) fresh Spinach Tagliolini Pasta from @animalerestaurant.
A long and skinny pasta about 3mm width. Made with spinach puree and semolina flour. This will change your perception about packaged pasta.
We use only natural ingredients in our products, no additives nor preservatives and we produce them daily. Unlike those synthetic ones from your grocery store, our pastas only keeps in your fridge for 7 days. Since we do not pack our pastas with Nitrogen, the green color might fade/change after storing. YES, This is safe to eat, this is a normal discoloration of the REAL spinach we use, NOT FD&C number 1,2 or 3 ! #DITCHYOURBOXEDPASTA
Separate the pieces before cooking, and use plenty of boiling water that has been previously salted (1 teaspoon per 2 liter of water). Boil until it reaches the consistency that you like. REMEMBER that these are fresh pasta, so they do not take long at all to cook and save the pasta water to adjust the thickness of your sauce!
