It is our first year sourcing from Solok Maryam, yup, this 2024's crop. Solok has been sooo popular the last decade, but we saw a decline in its distribution in the past four to five years. But hey, keep searching here and there, and we found this oh-so-delish classic natural Sigararutang. Say no less, that syrupy sweetness notorious of West Sumatran coffee? Yup, we're quite taken by surprise too, at first. Light to medium roast with DTR of 12% is definitely enough to bring that ripe fresh fruits character along with this coffee's already-high sweetness.
