It's our third year sourcing from this KKSI winning farm in the slopes of Mt. Kelir, just not far from Semarang or our place in Yogyakarta. Mas Wahkd truly is the man behind this beautiful farm: with TS06, BP42, and BP48 varieties kept low with the height of 60 centimetres to 2 metres tall. At the height of 800 meters above sea level, this consistently-kept-quality of Mt. Kelir Robusta never fails us with their dominantly sweet profile of cashew, brown sugar, and cacao. We roasted this coffee with the development time of approximately 3 minutes to bring the sweetness level to its maximum. This robusta is truly a hidden gem.
