Zhang Ping Shui Xian is an unusual oolong from Zhang Ping in Fujian that is loosely pressed into small 10g square cakes. Made from the Shui Xian cultivar, it produces a delicate floral liquor. The lightly baked flavour has creamy and sweet notes with a clean floral aftertaste. Brew 3+ times.
Brewing guide: 1/4-1/2 cake (2.5g) in 250ml water at 90°C for 3-4 minutes.
