2. Pembeli wajib memberikan bukti pendukung berupa Resi kondisi produk saat diterima, Foto atau Video untuk klaim produk yang rusak.

3. Produk Rusak karena kesalahan pembeli bukan merupakan tanggung jawab toko, maka tidak dapat di klaim.

4. Pembeli menanggung Ongkos kirim untuk pengiriman produk ke alamat Toko.

5. Tidak berlaku untuk Komplain Warna,karakter,atau bentuk yang berbeda dikarenakan pembeli tidak memberikan keterangan/note saat melakukan pemesanan.
