One Step Test for SARS-CoV-2 Antigen (Colloidal Gold) is intended for the qualitative detection of nucleocapsid protein antigen from SARS-CoV-2 in human nasal swab and saliva samples from patients suspected of COVID-19 infection by a healthcare provider.

Cara Pemakaian
-ambil sample liur/ludah dengan menggunakan stik swab nya ambil dengan cara dicolek air liur/ludah nya
- lalu masukkan ke dalam botol cairan extract reagent (botol putih 2ml, isi 0,5ml)
(digoyang2 atau di mix selama 30detik lalu diamkan selama 1 menit
- kemudian ambil sample yg sudah tercampur extract dengan pipet drop secukupnya saja, lalu masukkan ke cassette Test nya tunggu hasil keluar 10-15 menit
