COLNAGO V3Rs DISC FROZEN FRAMESET When we started working on this project we made it strong from the experiences maturing with V1-r and V2-r, thanks to which we were able to develop and improve the concepts of lightness and aerodynamics of our road frames. For these reasons, today V3 represents the best of Colnago technology applied to a monocoque. V3Rs is fast everywhere: on long climbs, in windy plains, in big Laps and in the more demanding Granfondo, it is perfect in all situations. There have been a number of updates from the V2-R predecessor, namely a newer, slightly racier geometry, clearance for wider tyres, a headset that borrows technology from the C64 and a redesigned seatpost clamp that #39;s lighter and allows for more modulated tightening. Cables are fully integrated thanks to the TFS Integrated Fork System so they run through the underside of the SR9 stem (not included) and then through the fork steerer. The result is incredibly clean aesthetics and significant drag reduction. There is now room for 30mm tyres so you can take advantage of faster rolling and improved comfort over rough roads.
