We are glad that this year #39;s crop is a lot different than the previous year crop. It maintains its unique characteristics with added abundant sweetness in it, just like Maple Syrup. Strawberry flavour is also very apparent in the cup, something that we didn #39;t expect from this coffee. This crop is from the beginning of 2020 crop, the flavour might change along with the harvest. So, if you #39;re looking for another super sweet and complex coffee, we bet you #39;re not gonna disappointed, prove it! Coffee from West Java will always be very sweet and memorable. It #39;s safe to say everybody will love it. This coffee from Mount Halu, West Java, is not an exception. It has all the lovely characteristics of West Java coffee; sweet, fruity, complex, plus something that not every origin can have: special post-processing by specialized coffee processor that actually care about the coffee. We are working meticulously with the processor that has been working together with us for 3 years now. Constantly giving feedback so we can improve the coffee progressively from this processor and from this particular process.
