A jar of our Pesto Sauce will make 4 bowls of Pasta Alla Genovese, you can dress up the pasta with your favorite toppings.
Our pesto can be made into various dishes.
*Pasta, serves 4-5portions
Stir 100 g shaved Parmesan / Cheddar cheese into the sauce under low heat.
Boil 400 g dry pasta in boiling water, reserve 75 mL of cooking water, stir into sauce. Drain pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve immediately.
*Marinade for seafoods and poultry (bake or sautéed).
*As dipping sauce for your favorite bread / crackers.
*Salad dressings
°no additives
°no preservatives
°no MSG
The pesto sauce has to be kept in freezer and last for 3 months.
All items are made to order
