Java Sindoro #34 - 200 gram Troy and Aswan starts Bright Java in 2016 in Central Java close to the port of Semarang and strategically located in the center of Indonesia. This Bumi taste profile consists of coffee that has chocolate, and brown spice notes that popular from Indonesian Coffees. This coffee is an anaerobic honey processed coffee lot. After the cherries are picked, they are sprayed with fermentation stater. It is then let to ferment inside a sealed polypropylene bag reaching a pH of 3.8. After the cherries are de-pilped and de-mucilageed they are dried on raised beds. In the first sip we will taste Red Apple acidity with a juice texture.
