Pulu Pulu coffee is grown in an iron-rich soil which contributes to its fruity taste. The mature cherries are hand-picked, sorted and pulped at the same day. The pulped coffee is then laid out on drying racks underneath a uv-plastic. This limited process takes up to thirty days. This processing method increases the coffee’s body and intensity. Tasting seriously delicious of berries, lingering caramel with tea undertones, clean yet juicy. Sometimes sweet results require strenuous processes and it’s completely worth it.
