- How to Use (Read Carefully!) -
For Espresso Machines
- Coloring liquid: 6-8 drops + a little water
- JJLatteArt Liquid: 5-8 drops
- Cold water/ice water according to cup size
- Steaming temperature: Do not overheat! 45°C (lukewarm) is ideal and up to 60°C
- Overheating will break the foam
For French Press & Frother (Latte Art Use Only)
- Cold water according to cup size
- 3 drops of JJLatteArt Liquid
- 10 drops of coloring liquid + a little water
French Press Method - 3 Crucial Steps:
1. Big pump (¾ way down), reduce if too thick
2. Medium pump (about 30-35 times) in the middle
3. Lift the filter screen at an angle from the bottom (refer to tutorial video) for proper microfoam filtering
*** Tips:
- Reduce foam thickness by adjusting the first pump step
- If large bubbles appear, lift the filter screen at an angle
- Modify the French press by removing the top cover for better results
