Initiated in 2010 by Wildan Mustofa and his wife, Frinsa Estate is situated in Pangelengan, West Java. The 110-hectare farm, wet and dry mill, and warehouse are all run by the family. This gives them complete control over the coffee that they produce. The farms are divided into six distinct plots, with the primary growing area, Weninggalih village, spanning over sixty hectares of land. Each coffee is planted separately, based on its variety. Sigararutang, Lini S-795, Borbor, Andungsari, Ateng Super, and P88 are among the varieties grown here.
This lot was specially prepared for us and consists of only Ateng Super variety. Previously the lot was too small to be delivered as a single variety lot, so this is the second year we ever received it. After harvest, the cherries are placed in plastic bags and ferment anaerobically for two days, with the addition of lactobacillus culture. Cherries are dried in the newly constructed, ventilated drying house for total of 14–20 days. TERIMAKASIH SUDAH BERKUNJUNG
