This is what we had in mind when formulating Calm ‘Em Down. It is a serene blend of essential oils, specially blended to keep both you and your children stress-free. Great to have on hand during long car rides to soothe their energized souls.

Many of you may be familiar with that disquieting time of the day; the kids come home from school, drop their backpacks, throw their shoes off, and start running rampant around the house. Or it’s bedtime, but they’re far from being tired, and would rather read ‘just one more book!’ Whatever the situation might be, we at Edens Garden understand your struggle.

That’s why we let the experts take control of formulating this soothing blend and peaceful blend of Douglas Fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Petitgrain (Citrus aurantium), Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis), Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides), Damiana (Turnera diffusa), Vanilla CO2 (Vanilla planifolia)

Calm ‘Em Down will surely help tame and relax those little jitterbugs. Try diluting at 1% with a carrier oil and apply topically.

Or we would recommend establishing a smooth transition into rest time. Dimming the lights, diffusing Calm ‘Em Down, and partaking in quiet activities with little to no noisy stimulation will lead your child into the right state of mind for napping.
