Its time to try a new experience of tasting cold brew with this blend. This coffee has sweet notes like brown sugar and fruit notes like berries and orange peel, delivering a cold brew experience that's both complex and refreshing. You can make your cold brew drink by adding water or milk to your desired strength when serving.

Blend: 50% Pangalengan Full Washed x 50% Pangalengan Semi Washed
Tasting Notes: Berries, Orange Peel & Brown Sugar

Here's our recommended recipe to make Cold Brew with this blend:
1. Grind 200gr of coffee with Medium grindsize
2. In a large pitcher or jar, combine the fine ground coffee with 1500ml of cold water and stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated.
3. Cover the pitcher or jar and let it steep at room temperature for 20 hours
4. After 20 hours, strain the coffee using a fine-mesh sieve, a cloth filter, or a coffee filter to remove all the grounds.
5. Your cold brew concentrate is ready. When serving, you can dilute it with water or milk to your desired strength. Store the concentrate in the refrigerator for up to a week
