Coffee is then dried in a raised bed for 48 Days not more than 36C in the daytime to avoid broken membrane cells in the coffee. This particular step makes this coffee more interesting. On the final cup, you could find a very sweet strawberry (like Korean strawberry), cranberry, red grapes, and Longan with Juicy Texture and long aftertaste. Enjoy!
