SIDRA Quebraditas LYCHEE TEA This coffee from Huila, Colombia is the result of a passionate and meticulous processing effort by Edison Argote and Luz Angela from Quebraditas farm. Being subjected to two-rounds of anaerobic fermentation and a thermal-shock wash process in-between for removing 80% of the mucilage, the Sidra Bourbon beans have been properly conditioned to develop a profile that hits both ends of the quality spectrum: mind-blowing complexity while still retaining exceptional clarity. Among our exotic lineup, this is not an entry that wows merely through “eccentric” or accentuated flavors. Instead, it unravels one subtle layer of fruitiness after another, gliding ever so smoothly on our palate like a sip of lychee tea. This is cup excellence in the gentlest, cleanest, and most elegant way possible.
