Sipirok Natural Anaerob - Single Origin - Specialty Coffee

NARARA COFFEE We explored Narara Coffee when we started our roastery back then in 2020. They are consistent producing specialty coffee from Sipirok, North Sumatra. We are amazed with their coffee that was using natural experimental coffee while the green coffee itself was far from overfermented. This one is one of example from what we said before about experimental coffee but clean, you will get sweet Lychee notes following with Green Apple brightness and combined with Dark Chocolate overall.
