Elysium is an Omni Roast Blend that we developed & designed to get the utmost unique taste in coffee be it Filter or Espresso brew method. We want to highlight Aromatic Experience with Pleasant Sweetness in the cup.
In achieving this we use a Yeast Fermentation coffee as the backbone of this Elysium Blend. Yeast Fermentation coffee have intense Flavour that we would like to present to your coffee journey. This type of coffee went through Anaerobic Fermentation to further intensifies the character.
The result of this combination is a Well-Structured cup with intense Aromatics. In the cup their will be Sweet Fruits & Floral Aromatics with High Intensity. What makes this blend so unique is the taste resembles Melon Candy. Plus there will be Elegant notes like Apricot & Osmanthus. These notes are present both in Filter & Espresso, but will be more intense in Espresso course. As the coffee cools down, more Sweetness will be present & the Melon Candy transform into more Red Fruits giving you notes of Watermelon.
