This Matcha is carefully stone-milled with Samidori cultivar (traditional Kyoto cultivar). Good balance of aroma, color, and taste. Rich, nutty, and pleasant after taste. Pesticide-free. The Samidori cultivar is a Tencha specific cultivar and is a traditional Kyoto Matcha variety.
