Presenting to you, our latest release from eastern part of Indonesia. A coffee coming from Flores. This coffee comes from Flores called Mbohang Village, and was processed by our friend Andre Hamboer from Tuang Coffee. This coffee is a single variety coffee. The Variety is a mutation between Typica and Robusta called Kartika. This Kartika is then processed as a natural coffee with anaerobic fermentation. After the cherry is being picked, then the coffee went through a fermentation with a low oxygen condition to increase the complexity of the cup resulting a sweet and complex coffee. From our cupping table, we found this coffee to be a complex cup. You can find tropical flavours of passionfruit, lychee, and strawberry. We've first tasted coffee produced by Andre the Tuang Coffee team since 2015, and we really amazed by the flavour of his coffee.
